The Social Run

Claire will be leading this run in the forest of about one hour for 5.5 to 6 miles. As it’s a social run it’ll be at a mixed pace so we can all have a good chat and take in the scenery!

This is an interval session, led by our coaches. 1 hour including structured warm up and cool down/stretch. Main set: will be ~40 minutes and will be explained at the session.

Open to all levels of running ability. Non-Members are welcome, but please register for this session on RunTogether.

Going Crazie again…

Graeme is leading a run of about 11 miles, mainly on trails, from Wargrave around the woodlands towards Burchetts Green and the Berks College of Agriculture. Trails are wide with very good surfaces. Expect a pace of about 9:30 minutes/mile but adapted for any hills.

Meet at Wargrave Recreation Ground car park.
Coffee afterwards in Wargrave.
